June has been a great month here, after a really chilly and miserable May. Although we've had more rain than I can remember since we got here 19 months ago, the sun is now making up for it. Neil's mum arrived on the 12th, just in time for the annual Okotoks parade, and also her birthday! Jaz was very excited to be taking part in the parade this year as part of the Guides Canada float, and we all soaked up the sun sitting at the side of the road. Jake had his baseball fun day in the afternoon with a 'tailgate' barbeque and 2 back to back games. We enjoyed more sun until the last game had to be called off due to a massive thunderstorm!
